These are answers to the most frequently asked questions:

1. To find out your username and/or password fill in this form using the email address you registered with Loquax. If you receive the message "You have not entered an email address that we recognize" it means that address has not been used to register an account and you will be able to register a new account here.
2. If you are trying to recover your username, password or activate your account and have not received an email from us please check any junk, spam or bulk mail folders in case your mail provider has filtered it. (Hotmail, Yahoo & AOL are very fond of doing this.) These emails usually come from kirsty-forums@loquax.co.uk.
3. If you have trouble claiming points won on a Jackpot Joy scratchcard then you need to contact the Jackpot Joy support team directly.
4. If you get a security token error it just means something has not worked, possibly because you left a long time between visiting pages on the site. You should be able to get things to work if you try a second time. We can't do anything about these errors and there is no need to tell us about them.
